Actors Fund Work Program Panel: Writing Work

Today, June 18th, 2015, from 5:30 to 7:00pm, I will appear as a panelist in “Writing Work: Social Media, Marketing, Public Relations, Fundraising, Etc.”, a panel discussion focused on how actors can use their writing skills for create rewarding work, and extra income, plus how does writing and work in communications, can fit an actor’s overall career plans.  The event will take place at AFM Local 802.  Free admission and no RSVP necessary.  Just show up!  Also appearing are Matthew Wexler and Lorraine Goodman.  Presented by the Actors Fund Work Program.  For more information about the event, click here!

 

Broadway Artists Connection (BAC) Open Mic, April 27th!

This Monday, April 27th, I will be singing one song at the Broadway Artists Connection’s (BAC) Open Mic & Mingle Celebration at the Metropolitan Room.  Join me, and a group of other emerging and established Broadway artists, for a fun night hosted by Peter Gregus (“Jersey Boys”).  Doors open at 6pm, show starts at 6:30.  Tickets are $15, plus 2 drink minimum.  For information and reservations, click here.BAC Open Mic and Mingle

It’s Official! I’ll be Co-Starring in Brand-New “Speed-the-Plow”, En Español!

I’ll be co-starring with Éric Dominique-Pérez and Emmanuelle Bordas in an all-new Spanish-language production of David Mamet’s “Speed-the-Plow”, directed by Luis Salgado (In The Heights, Rocky, Women on the Verge, Song of Solomon, Zuccotti Park, Amigo Duende The Musical).  The show opens August 13th at Corralón de San José in Old San Juan.  Rehearsals begin July 7th in NYC.  Presented by High Pitch, Inc. and Dead Jíbaros Productions, in partnership with Amigos del Corralón (Josean Ortiz, Artistic Director), Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña, and Tony L. D’Anzica.  Super excited!  “May God Speed-the-Plough!!”
